Also, we have noticed that our camera seems to be suffering under low-light conditions...we don't know what it is, whether its just a dirty lense or something more...but you'll see by the pictures below it is not ideal for taking photos...
any ideas?

Looks like it could be moisture on or in side the lens. On is OK, just clean it, but inside is bad.
