This morning before UNI i (BEK) was very organised and got out some rissoles to defrost for dinner. But... When it came time to cook dinner i didn't want rissoles! So we had meatloaf... Which i have NEVER cooked before. But i made it up and sure gave it a burl...
4 x Rissoles
1 Egg
1 Carrot grated
1 Onion Diced
1/2 Zucchini grated
Peas and Carrots
Cheese ?!?
BBQ Sauce
Mush it all together and cook in the oven for 1 hour!
YAY! SO YUMMY

I wanna see I wanna see! My computer is refusing to put any pictures up on the blogs or google. I think it's sulking. I've tried talking nicely to it - I haven't even tried to hit it yet, but it won't cooperate. I'll just have to imagine the meatloaf. Did it have long hair and did it sing? Hmmm. Took the words right out of my mouth.
